Record payment between members in the group that does not include me

I can currently only settle up between myself and a person automatically chosen for me. Sometimes, as the groups "accountant", I need to record cash payments that happen outside of the app that might not include me. These payments could also not be the exact amount specified in the group, and should cause the overall balances of people to shift.
