Exports to include cost incurred by person exporting

I'd like to be able to easily pull the data into my budgeting app of choice. To be able to do this without parsing the data, I'd like to have a column with how much I paid for the thing (provided that I get/return the debt due). It'd be nice if it was in before the dynamically added columns specific to groups
