Export expenses across all groups/friends in one CSV file

Currently there is an Export button for each group and each friend, but I’d like to export all the expenses (as seen on the Expenses page) in one file.

This should include expenses I was involved in from groups that I have since been removed from. It seems impossible to export these expenses currently, because I can’t navigate to that group’s page.
